Research Proposal
This was a topic that definitely chose me. After many years of studying night after night, this question began to spark some interest for me. I’ve always heard that if you study at specific times of the day it will help you remember what you studied better. I’ve never actually looked at research to actually figure this out. Now that I’m getting ready to go into more college courses as I finish high school, I feel like this may be something really interesting to know. It has always been difficult to try to sit down and spend a good amount of time studying for a test. Once I’ve got myself to study, I feel pretty confident about the information I need to know. Sometimes, I would be very disappointed to find out I got a bad grade on that test where at other times, I would ace it. These are a few reasons why I would like to know more about this topic.
I feel this topic is something that could be very important to people for the present, as well as the future. Hopefully it will help in getting better test grades, and make doing schoolwork a little more enjoyable since you know there will be a good outcome. Before doing any research, I believe there is a certain time of the day that is best to study and that will show positive results. I don’t think this would necessarily be the night before, when most students decide to study, I think at an earlier time. Honestly, I think beginning most of your studying a complete day before the big test will show better results. This conclusion is only my opinion because I don’t know a lot about what would be the best decision. I do know that studying, and being able to visually remember the paper that has the most important parts of the test on it will be helpful.
There are many things that I hope to learn about this topic. I don’t want to only learn about the best time to study, but also certain studying techniques. I’d like to learn what are the best and worst studying techniques? Another important aspect of this research report will be finding out, what do other people believe about this topic? To being I’m going to definitely start with Google. I will try to find research or random articles on this topic and see what scientists or even regular everyday people have to say.
